About Kintampo Technical Institute
The Institute was established in 2002 as women training centere to equip women on vocational skills such as catering, hairdressingand dressmaking, then Community Development took over in 2012 and added young boys by introducing technical courses; Electrical, Building construction and Wood construction. In 2021 government brought all institutions offering vocational and technical programs under one umbrella called Ghana Technical and Vocational Education and Training (GTVET) hence the Change of the institution name to Kintampo Technical Institute.
