New Ebu Technical Institute formally known as DICCES have trained young and adults , formal and informal apprenticeship respective training fields to equip the youth in Vocational Training and Technical Education in the following fields: * Electrical Engineering Technology * Garment and Fashion Technology * Building construction Technology * Catering and Hospitality Mgt * Business Secretariat

New Ebu Technical Institute

New Ebu Technical Institute was established in 1991 as Integrated Community Center for Employable Skills (ICCES) through the efforts of the Chiefs and Elders of the community, and Formerly under the Ministry of Manpower and Labour Relations. The Institution now operates under the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system as Public Institution under the Ministry of Education.

The Institute is located at New Ebu, Abura Asebu Kwamankese District in the Central Region of Ghana.

The Institution runs around 350 learners as category C mixed school. It has both day and boarding facilities for boys & girls.

Key Achievement: Recorded a 90% passing rate for the first batch of Free Vocational and Technical Students(Free TVET ) taking the Certificate II examinations.

Infrastructure:
Notable for featuring a girls' hostel constructed with Japanese assistance(JICA)

To provide quality Technical and Vocational Education and Training to the youth in order to equip them with the necessary skills to become self-reliant and productive members of the society.
